Technology Policy: Before a member will be allowed to use Club technology equipment or their personal device, both the member and his/her parent/guardian will need to read and sign the Technology Acceptable Use policy and return it to the Club

This Medical Authorization Form with dosage instructions is required for any Club member to take prescription or over the counter medication at the Club or during Club events.
The Club’s cost to serve each individual member in our program is $100 monthly, but parents are only asked to provide $10 as an annual membership fee and $10 a month per Club member. Any donation above the $10 monthly fee is greatly appreciated. All donations go toward providing quality programs for our members.
